1. Bio-data in the prescribed proforma.
2. The APAR dossier of the officer with APARs of at least last 05 years or clear photocopies of the APARs of the officer of at least 05 years, duly attested by a Group ‘ An ‘ officer with a certificate that no ‘ Adverse remarks ‘ remain in the APARs for the past years.
3. Cadre clearance.
4. Clearance from vigilance & disciplinary angle.
5. A statement giving details of major penalties, if any, imposed on the officer during the last 10 years.
6. Candidate should not be more than 58 years of age on closing date of the application.
7. A certificate that in the event of selection, the officer would be relieved to join the duties of the post.

Eligibility Criteria for Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2017
Maximum Qualification: The candidates should have passed Class Matriculation (10th) plus NAC / NTC issued by NCVT in the relevant trade. For more details, educational qualification refers the official notification.
