Academic Qualification:
Applicants should have completed the Master Degree Level of Education in Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Mass Communication or equivalent from recognized University or Institute. Applicants, those possess Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum two years experience in Health project can also apply.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Applicants Age should be less than 40 Years as on 01.01.2014. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for 5 Years for SC/ ST & 3 Years for OBC Category.
Computer Knowledge:
Candidates should be proficient in Basic Computer ability specially MS- Office & Internet.
Other Conditions:
Candidates should be fit all round in body or soul. Candidates have to travel extensively in the remote area to promote the National Health Mission Programme. Physically Challenged candidates are not eligible for this post.

Remuneration Scheme:
Selected candidates will get monthly Consolidated pay of Rs. 7,500/-. Apart from this the candidates will entitle to get monthly mobile support of Rs. 1,500/-.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for Reserved Category) through Demand Draft. DD should be drawn in favour of “Sub-divisional Officer Sadar Berhampore” payable at State Bank of India, ADB Branch, Berhampore.
